We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Server to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by assisting chefs and other kitchen staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences. - Assist with the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring that all meals are served promptly and to high standards.
- Ensure that the kitchen area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies needed for meal preparation.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and serve as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house team to coordinate orders.
- Monitor and manage food inventory, including tracking expiration dates and organizing supplies.
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation duties as needed.
- Serve food items to staff or directly to patrons as required, ensuring proper plating and presentation.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to improving kitchen workflow and service quality.
- Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff as needed.

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
